Mumma Shaz Kasundi

Relish handmade in Northern Tasmania, incorporating Tasmanian, Australian and imported ingredients. Cooked on a hot oil base. My Kasundi is filled with Cumin, Turmeric, Chilli powder, Fresh Ginger, Garlic, Soaked Black Mustard Seeds, Tomatoes and fresh chillies. Slow cooked for three hours until all these delicious ingredients break down and an oily layer comes to the top. So good on Toasted Cheese sandwiches, Eggs on Toast, Burgers, Stirred through any of your creations.
