Change of Mind: Returns accepted within 14 days if the item is unused, in original packaging, and in a re-sellable condition.

Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for return postage for change-of-mind returns.

Damaged or Faulty Items: If your item arrives damaged or faulty, please email us within 7 days with photos. We will arrange a replacement, store credit, or refund.

Food & Hamper Items

Due to their perishable nature, food items and hampers cannot be returned or exchanged.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders: If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours with photos so we can organise a replacement or store credit.
