Q1) How can I place an order online? — you can order easily online through our website or email and enquire.

Q2) Delivery options: We use Australia Express Post to ensure each product arrives as fresh and high-quality as possible. Orders are dispatched on Tuesdays and Wednesdays, and delivery typically takes 1–3 business days once shipped.

Q3) Do you offer local pickup? Yes! You can order online and pick up from our location, which we will email you.

Q4) Do you cater for events or special occasions?—yes, we offer custom orders for events and special occasions, enquire via email hello@georgiosco.com.au


Q5) How long do our cookies stay fresh? Our cookies stay fresh for up to 3 days and up to 30 in the freezer. We would always recommend keeping them in an airtight container.


Q6) How big are your chunky cookies? All of our chunky cookie range weigh around 115g. 


Q7) Do you have gluten-free options? Yes, currently, our almond crescent is our only gluten-free option while we work on different recipes. It is produced in the same kitchen as all of our other products, so there may be traces. NO products are coeliac.


Q8) Do we offer refunds?  At Georgios Co., we pride ourselves on providing the freshest, highest-quality products. Due to the perishable nature of our items, we are unable to accept returns, exchanges, or refunds. However, if you experience any issues with the quality, damage, or accuracy of your order, we’re here to help. Q9) What payment methods do you accept? We accept all major credit cards and online payment options.
