Order cut-off to ensure you receive your box online is the 10th of December for shipping to ensure we get your hamper delivered. If ordering in store our order cutoff date will be 20th of December. As each box will be made fresh please allow 1 day for preparation after placing an order! Ordering a hamper online to pickup in store simply select the date you wish to collect it!

We use Australia Post standard & express to ensure each product arrives as fresh and high-quality as possible. Orders are dispatched on Tuesdays and Wednesdays, and delivery typically takes 1–3 business days once shipped. We recommend any food products to be shipped with express to ensure the best quality product.

Yes! You can order online and pick up from our storefront at 236 Charles Street. You
can select a pickup date and time in the checkout screen in the bottom right corner.

Our cookies stay fresh for up to 7 days when sealed and up to 30 in the freezer. We
would always recommend keeping them in an airtight container.

All of our chunky cookie range weigh around 135g. 

Yes, currently, our almond crescent is our only gluten-free option while we work on different recipes. It is produced in the same kitchen as all of our other products, so there may be traces. NO products are coeliac.
